My husband and I went to Shane Diet in 2012 and it was completely interesting experience. Fitness is one kind of spa in luxurious hotel or resort. I'm an athlete and I had an injury in the final miles of my last long running race to the New York Marathon. It absolutely shocked me and I did lose lots of fitness and confidence . My weight gained so much. Shane Diet brought that feeling back to me. In two weeks, they reshaped me,  I had lost 10 pounds while recovering, and it make inspiration to me to take a longer view of my fitness and nutrition objectives. This is a totally smart program with  sensitive and skilled professional spa staff.  At first impression, when arriving at Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts, I was a little nervous at how hard it would be to lose weight. The first week was really difficult with practising and being apart from family members.  When I struggled with fitness during the first week, the spa staff  helped me a lot to make sure that I wasn't injured. The amenities in the gym room were really like ones in the luxurious hotel. I trully likeed all the food there and the meals provided low carbon, it was good for the weight losing process. Meals considerably made me satisfied, because they are really good. In the second week, it seemed a little less difficult to be apart from family members and a little easier to mobilize. In my third week,  I began not want to leave such a suprising and luxurious hotel spa resort. During the last weeks I thought that I am wholely proud of myself after my all attempt. I hope that I will come back there in another time!

Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort – Grosseto, Italy

Terme is the symbol of thermal bath or spa in luxurious hotel in Italy. I first went to the Terme when I was still a teenager with my mother during the winter of 2005. Almost ten years later, it is still one of my top selections for spa destination. It supplies the natural thermal water of the area and a wide variety of treatments.  This luxurious hotel spa in the nice Tuscan hills of Italy is a perfect place to find relaxation from the globe. Even if your visit is only one day rest from your Italian tour or a longer journey to refresh yourself, I highly suggest that you should list Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort – Grosseto, Italy to your record of "must visit places".

I just spent 3 days at that place and I was very fastinated with their spa. I really liked the salt-water indoor or outdoor place. I enjoyed massage shortly after arriving. It provided the excellent technique. I liked the meal and the food room especially. We would do a treatment in the place like luxurious hotel. It is a completely wonderful  spa! The staff are friendly and helpful. This is one of the high-end thermal spas in Europe. It is nicely decorated in black and dark grey and supplies top spa treatments like luxurious hotel. It offers good gym and fitness with cheerful staff. All the services  are great. I rated this spa a 5 star. The reason was that the staff all had special experience. Bathing in the great sun brought me the relax feeling. The spa rooms seemed newly decorated and very nice. The spa is familiar to all types of travellers but it is especially popular to Italians. After all, I think this is the best spa that we should go to.

Fonteverde Tuscan Resort & Spa – Siena, Italy

There is no word that can show the completely beauty of Tuscany in the summer time. It is one of the nicest spa in the world and I'm quite persuaded! The amenities are as modern as ones in the luxurious hotel. There are many swimming pools that provide relaxing thermal waters; an experienced doctor who instructs you to the treatments you need. I just wanna go on and on. It is right to say  that Fonteverde is the place I would highly suggest. Even though you are just passing through and visit as a day visitor, you could still enjoy the pure natural beauty of such luxury hotel and spa. There is a multi-sensory series of pools with hot, warm and cold water, different pressure and a sweeping view of the Tuscan countryside in The Bioaquam Circuit. How wonderful is the way to relax before or after one of the excellent spa treatments. I particularly liked lying on the outside beds in the warm water with wave rising all around me while soft rain fell.

The most unforgetable part of my visit was the forty minute massage I experienced with Dipu. In only one minute he had diagnosed correctly what was disorder in my body and immediatetly the pain was out. The result was better than I expected. I couldn't wait to come back and experience  the five senses massage. Fonteverde is an excellent resort spa with incredible meals, drink, fitness and spa like ones in the luxurious hotel. I highly appreciate it. This is the ideal place to unwind with spa, fine dining and beautiful rooms. This spa is like no others I have known. It is all new with many diffirent treatments including Ayurvedic, western medicine and great wave treatments. This is the spa that I am actually satisfied .

Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach

I have come to Canyon Ranch Miami Beach twice times since they opened. I entirely find the fact that it is a luxurious hotel spa. I thought that the food is fantastic and I never once got disgusted with the menu choices. I also loved that I could eat in the luxurious hotel and enjoy the fantastic food offered within just a few minutes. That is so brilliant!!! I liked all the classes and found the beach to be a relaxing place to have enjoyable time. It is sure that visitors are sitting around the swimming pool everyday. Walking along the beach in the morning and in the evening was grateful. The Condo Hotel rooms were more than the swankiest one. Every ammenity was good. I can wait no more to come back to Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.

It is the best destination I have ever been to. The feeling is that you could treat yourself to the very best. When you return home, you will feel like that you have been truly taken care! This place was a little bit pricier than I expected. However, the staff service was surprising. The facility, seashore, fitness choices and service were all great. The luxurious hotel was very expensive, but worth the value. The food was delicious, organic, low carbon, with selection. This is the best hotel spa. I thought that it was such a pricey and large spa. The massage therapist did superwonderful massage technique. The Canyon Ranch really needs to keep their staff update on customer service. I love the herbal steaming while I was listening to soft music. I also love the rain showers with the natural sounds. Some of the therapists are skillful. They are very friendly and cheerful. Almost visitors like relaxing time and enjoy the spa in the luxurious hotel.

Luana Spa Retreat, Hawaii

This is the best Spa That IEverExperience. Its amenities are as modern as in the luxurious hotel. I had the most enjoyable treatments there. The massage has the deepest effect in my back. There are great snacksin the waiting room and the locker room with the steam and swimming pool is lovable. If you are ever there, you will not wait to go back and enjoy again and again.The location is awesome, it is on a bluff over the beach. Many luxury hotels are very near to this spa. The bathroom outside is clean, well-preparedwith an open air shower. Staying in the cottage is fun. Windowsare all around and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the water wave outdoors. Hana restaurant provides you withlimited eating and grocery options.  It feels that the restaurant is the same as one in the luxury hotel.

My boyfriend got a trully massage while we were there. The air is so peaceful  that we would like to stay in the spa in another day.The Luana Spa Retreat is one piece of heaven in the paradise named Hana.  I did have one of the best massages of my life !  If you are visiting Hana, you should treat yourself to this spa.It was beautiful and funnyafter driving the long road to Hana .I wanted to getfacial massage and it was a little hard to understand the set up of the Luana Spa Retreat. I randomly walked into the cafe next door and try to find the reception for Luana.

I had a Thai massage in an outdoor place so that I can overlook the ocean. The massage was brilliant, I would do it some more times. The scenery around the massage place was nice and the air was fresh. I had my facial massage done in a closed cottage.If I have another choice again, I would come back to this spa. That was really great time.
